Indulge in our two new dream chalets, high above the city of Bressanone … we will make your holiday dreams come true… two separate chalets offer plenty of privacy and, thanks to the large glass facades, exclusive living and feel-good comfort with a fabulous view of the valley basin and the Isarco Valley, right at our farm in Bressanone / South Tyrol.
Both chalets offer a striking panoramic view. While the Abendrot Chalet has a private garden with direct access to our adventure playground, the Chalet Alpenglanz offers a private terrace (20 m² ).

In our 2 unique chalets – which are furnished with high-quality and natural materials, lots of glass, wood from our own forest, and with great attention to detail by your host Bernhard – you will spend unforgettable moments. Chalets with KlimaHaus A certification
As an independent institution, the ‘Agency for Energy South Tyrol – KlimaHaus’ checks, in close cooperation with the project planner, a construction project and its professional execution on site.
At the end of the construction work, the agency issues an energy certificate for the entire building, which provides information about the energy efficiency of the building based on various climate house classes.
In addition to the building quality and the energy requirement for living, the sustainability certification KlimaHaus Nature also quantitatively evaluates the environmental compatibility and the energy consumption for building materials.

Description
The holiday chalet Abendrot offers a spacious living room/kitchen with a great view, a corner seat and a corner couch (which can be converted into a bed), colour satellite TV, 1 double room, a bathroom with window, shower, WC, bidet, changing table and hair dryer, as well as a balcony with a view of the Episcopal City of Bressanone and the Isarco Valley.
Feel simply great on 45 m² of living space and enjoy your private garden with direct access to our adventure playground.
Your holiday apartment radiates welcoming cosiness and invites you to spend a relaxing holiday in South Tyrol .
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, and pots.
Of course, we also provide you with bed linen, bath towels and tea towels as well as a washing machine. On request, we offer families with small children our baby equipment – free of charge. You are welcome to use our Ski Room.

Price conditions
- Prices are per flat and day with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
- The apartments are bookable in the high season only by the week (Saturday arrival and departure day). In the low season short stays are also possible.
- For a stay of less than a week we charge a supplement of 20%.
- Included in the price: BrixenCard, Electricity, hot water, heating, dishes, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
- If the apartment is very dirty at departure, we reserve the right to charge extra for final cleaning.
The price does not include the local tax::
As of 01.01.2014 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 2,90 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.
Pets
You are welcome to bring along your pets against a surcharge of 12,00 € per day.
Terms of payment
To confirm your booking we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 500,00 € per week and chalet, which will not be reimbursed in case you cancel your holiday. The transfer of the deposit needs to be done within 10 days of the reservation.
Payment
You can pay the bill in cash or by bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
Unless we arrange things differently, your flat will be ready for you to move in to at 2pm on the day of your arrival. You will be asked to check out before 9.00am on the day of departure.
Should you arrive after 6pm, we kindly ask you to inform us.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code:
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
- You may cancel your reservation until 120 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. By agreement we will use the deposit for your next holiday.
- Cancellation between 120 days until 30 days before arrival: We will retain only the deposit
- cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: we will calcolate 80% of the full price.
- In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to pay 100% for the entire booking period.
We specifically refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code 206/2005.
Cancellation Policy & Covid-19
We flexibly adjust our cancellation conditions for you in each case according to the Covid 19 situation. These are valid in case of justified reasons, i.e. active travel warning for the province of Bolzano/South Tyrol, restricted freedom of travel due to border closures; etc.
For the justified reasons mentioned, your stay can be cancelled free of charge, we will credit your deposit for a next vacation.

With us you are exactly right: The vacation with us as a BrixenCard member hotel is now doubly budget-friendly. You pay the overnight price – and the whole vacation region is open to you!
Brixen and the holiday villages have got quite something to offer: if you want to discover our marvellous region, staying in one of our hotels or apartments is the best choice! In our accommodation price the BrixenCard is included for free. You will get it at your arrival and it allows you to enjoy the highlights of our holiday region – without paying anything for public means of transport, cultural offers and other activities!

You can use all public means of transport of the South Tyrolean transport system – regional trains to Trento, buses, City- buses and all public cable cars.

You can use the Plose cable car (go and return) once a day.

Active pleasure:
You have a daily free entry (except on Sundays) to the largest fun pool in South Tyrol, Acquarena, in the city centre of Brixen.

An extensive cultural offer awaits you with guided tours of Brixen and various events of the tourist office.
Museums:
